Simone Morabito is partner of Morabito Law and Tax Firm. He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin (Civil Law) and the Faculty of Law of the University of Nice – France (International Law). He also took a postgraduate master at the Hofstra University, Long Island, USA (International Business Transactions and Comparative Constitutional Law).
He specialises in commercial law (corporate and international), international contracts, merger and acquisitions, bankruptcy law, intellectual and industrial property, distribution contracts, civil, tax and international litigation, art law.

Francesco Fabris was born in Venice in 1972. Lawyer and collector, he is a partner of the FTF Avvocati Associati legal firm and co-founder of the Art Lawyers network.
His main areas of practice include civil law and its applications to modern and contemporary art. He provides assistance to art organizations and institutions, galleries, auction houses, artists and collectors.
He is a member of the art law commission of the BusinessJus network and his legal articles on the world of art are featured in magazines, blogs and sector TV programs.
